Experienced & Friendly Team

Strong leadership and an investment in excellent training are at the heart of the high quality care on offer at Churchfields.

Lynn Hughes and Steph Eley provide both experience and support as part of the management team. Owner Jane is also a trained nurse and works closely with them on a daily basis to ensure an open, approachable, fun and loving approach flows through the home.

All our staff members are hand selected by Jane and Steph and are appointed for their sense of compassion, commitment and desire to work as part of our professional care team. In support of their dedication, they are provided with robust training, from an extensive in-house programme to nationally recognised qualifications, all of which ensure that they are equipped to meet the changing needs of our residents.

With high staffing levels at all times, we offer a safe, comfortable and happy environment, whilst ensuring an excellent level of personal care, which is carried out with particular attention to privacy and dignity.

“Since the home changed ownership in March 2016 there has been continuing improvements in both infrastructure and staff numbers and training. The new owner and management are extremely approachable and very ready to listen to any problems and importantly act on them. The staff are friendly and are striving to provide an excellent service. The home has moved from poor service to good in the 6 months under the new management and I believe that with the true ethos of care before profits this home will be outstanding within the next 12 months”. Review relates to October 2016.
