A personalised care plan centered around the specific needs of each individual resident, takes into account the wider wellbeing of each individual. Through our team of Lifestyle Coordinators we have a varied programme of activities and events throughout the year to help promote independence and maintain dignity and self-worth to all our residents.

Designed to encourage mental alertness, self-esteem and social interaction, our activities are planned with everyone’s capabilities, interests and wishes into account.

We offer a variety of both individual and group daily support to our residents to enhance well-being and encourage mental awareness.

An Active Life

Regular activities include movie afternoons, sensory workshops and professional entertainment, together with day trips and local visits from the home.

Mealtimes are another important aspect of daily life at Churchfields and they are designed to be flexible and enjoyable. Residents can choose what they eat, as well as where and when they would like to take their meals.
